Best service from Bangalore to Tirupur or Coimbatore
Travelled between Bangalore - Pollachi and back on KPN Travels in the first week of October, 2018. 1. Time management is good (atleast reaching the destination) 10-20 minutes. 2. The bus are in descent condition. 3. Staff are courteous. 4. The AC was functional and temperature was apt. 5. The sleeper beds were clean including the bed spread and blanket. 6. There Bangalore Office phone never works and one number shared by KPN does not exist. 7. KPN Travels can improve - correct telephone number, water bottle to travellers, inform in advance about change in bus number and seat/berth, clean toilet near boarding office, . . .
