My cousin gave 20 days old samaung M40 mobile to this service center for charging issue. They told that they will return with in 2 days. Because they need some hardware to replace. But they did not gave mobile after 1 week. If we ask them, they told item not yet delivered to replace. But when we check with Samsung website it shows that no issues in mobile and have closed on the same day when the issue raised. We have call this service center and Enquired about this.. Same replay hard ware not delivered.. So we have raised a complaint to the Samsung they told we will short out ur. Issue ASAP. Then the pollachi service center call told that come and collect ur mobile..we asked y u do like this kind of mistake.. The lady told u got ur mobile back so now get out of the office.. She spoke in roude manner eventhough they did mistakes... This service center is totally a fraud.. Don't give ur mobile to this service center.

Worst show room ever ....Not recommend for any phone ...Service is poor and the staff are not trained ..Can visit other service centres instead of this ...The take at least a months tym and finally they tell we are not able to repair it ....
