During delivery I noticed multiple cracks on the speedometer. I think they dropped something heavy on the glass and these cracks were formed. I wasn't at all happy with the service. They were convincing me that these cracks where with the bike before. But I'm sure that there was no cracks when I left my bike for service. Really really disappointing service.

Charging for bike service is very very high.I did my bike service in Coimbatore, Chennai and etc centres, I never seen such cheatable center anywhere in Tamilnadu.

Very very worst service experience. They don't know how to find the problems and fix that. For the same battery complaint, I went five times in two weeks. Still issue not solved. Also no proper response from them. Kindly avoid this yamaha service for your bike instead you can find good local mechanic for low cost. Also they are charging some percentage for debit card payment. Don't waste your time and money.

After Doing many Services at this service centre... Feels Ok... Not bad... Pros : 1. During travel my was bike ️ suddenly turned off... then i called showroom asked help, they send Service person to clear my problem... at free of cost ( Charges only for spare parts ) #Road side Assistance provided 2. Good Mechanics ️️️ Cons: 1.After finishing Service their intimation call was too late.. 2. after many services, whenever am applied break the noise will appear...(Drum Brake) 3.For Debit/Credit cards Extra Service Charge was obtained.. 4. GST
