Would NOT recommended this shop ordered flowers for a funeral when they were delivered they were in a hatchback car rather than a van on top of this the flowers were all over the floor when I went to receive them the driver was trying to reattach them on the side of the road!! Flowers that were used seemed cheap and not value for money the roses looked like they were about to die in a day or to we’re not fresh at all on top of this when trying to lift the letters the legs fell off nearly ruining the entire set of flower words tried reattaching the leg back to the base but would go in after three ppl trying it got back in without damaging anything! This is not the sort of stuff you want to be doing after paying over 300 for flowers. Service was very bad delivery was very bad quality of flowers was average for the price paid not value for money! Over all experience was a let down considering the good reviews don’t be fooled people!

May I say a huge appreciative thank you to Pollenation for the wonderful service we received today. It was a very short notice order for some funeral flowers to be delivered. The flowers were beautiful and delivered within hours with our condolences wording tastefully handwritten on the card insert. Extremely pleasant and helpful lady and we highly recommend your business..Thank you
Ordered flowers on Valentine's Day and although as expected Pollination was busy they put the flowers in a taxi and got them to my mum just before 5pm just before she closed. She was over the moon with them and I can't thank you enough for making her day bright ️
