Limited range in mens section, and unfriendly staff. Despite teh samll size of the mens section, there were 4 Burton staff there, 2 female staff who were chatting away, completely ignoring me, and were in my way when trying to browse the suits! I walked out as it felt too awkward.

Went with my son who is disabled to buy clothes for a wedding and his holiday. I’m not sure if it was the manager who helped us but he was brilliant! I went back to Burtons because we had great help last time too. It’s always difficult trying to shop for my son as he doesn’t speak, but the salesman was so helpful and spoke to my son regardless, many people don’t, it’s really important to do so. It was a struggle trying things on and can often be stressful, but it wasn’t a problem and he put us at ease. A really great guy, thank you. Customer care is so important, many can learn from Burtons example. Thank you.

Very limited range in the mens area, walked round it all in about 2 minutes, for example their stock of t-shirts was two racks of plain tees.
