So far so good! The staff have been very friendly and very helpful! Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, the neighbors are relatively quiet when. They're not moving out or in. Parking is amazing!!!

Let me start by saying I love my actual unit and the apartment grounds. The pool is nice and is always clean and maintained. The location is great and so is the price. However, I have encountered many issues here since moving in. I have had multiple problems with having my unit maintained and have had my car wrongfully towed. Though management has thoughtfully corrected all the problems I have had, it's upsetting to have had to deal with them in the first place. Overall, I love my unit and the staff is very caring at resolving things, but I think they have a lot of organizing and focusing to do when it comes to moving new residents in. For that reason, I can only give this complex 3 stars.
Moved into a non-upgraded 1/1 on the second floor in Jan 2017, and it had all new carpet and fresh paint. Not everything is perfect (the drawers sometimes come off the track, the dishwasher could be better), but maintenance will be there the next day after you put in a request which is amazing. The location is safe, quiet, and peaceful. There is a tiny gym, and a really nice pool/grill area. Even if parking is not available right in front of your building, you will always find a spot not too far away. I chose this place because it was the cheapest rate in the safest area at the time, and my personal experience has been great. If you are just looking for a nice place to come home to and don't mind minor stuff like older cabinets, then I would check it out. Some notes (10/15/19): These buildings are older, so the walls are pretty thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking around, and the water pipes are VERY loud if a neighbor is showering. There have also been water line issues from people abusing the pipes/old piping, so occasionally they will turn the water off in the middle of the week/middle of the day for a few hours to make repairs. The gym is in disrepair of late due to vandalism (some stuff still works, like the bike machine/treadmill), and also never has sanitizing wipes available for wiping down equipment (ew). As for bugs, I live on the second floor and I've never had any issues except for one time I found sugar ants in the kitchen window. I've never seen a roach in all the 3 years I've lived here but I cannot speak for the first floor. I've also never had any issue with my A/C working. I've noticed lately that the new management is more disorganized/not responsive to phone calls, and they have a some new hires right now that seem ill-equipped for daily office tasks. But even with all this, my rent is very fair for the area and I don't plan on moving. It is a nice neighborhood with minor issues.
So it's been almost a month since I moved into this place, and it's really great! Being somewhat underpriced in the rental market, I was very anxious about moving into this apartment complex, but so far, no problems! I would have have given it 5 stars, but the walls are super thin. I can hear a person talk in the parking lot below (I'm on the third floor) with perfect clarity, so that might be a problem for people who have loud neighbors. In my building, it's fairly quiet, with some exceptions. But it's alright. The floorplan for a one bedroom is a bit 'cozy,' as it is smaller than what I am used to, and for anyone with a lot of stuff, they'll have a problem finding places to put things. You'll wish 20 more square feet in the living room and a few more cabinets in the kitchen, but I still enjoy the layout, and I just feel more at 'home' with the overall design.
