Do not live here! Please go somewhere else. Any place other than here! 1. Our roof fell in our laundry room (literally) and they did not fix the big hole above us! It was crazy to live with a big hole above you in your apartment 2. ROACHES everywhere! These reviews are not lying about the bug problems! 3. Worst management office in the world. Just wanted to give a shout out to property manager Tammy Brown!! I have lived in Polo club since 2016 and recently became unable to pay my rent after my hours were reduced during the pandemic. She stayed late to help me get assistance with my outstanding rental payment. I was so stressed but she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to keep my apartment during these tough times. Thank you Tammy and Polo club. I am humbled and grateful by the experience.

I really wanted to stay here but unfortunately me and my wife was tricked out of 99 dollars for application fees but we never got a chance to pay the 125 admin fee and our application never got processed fast forward 2 days later i call them and no one picks up the phone i send emails no reply honestly im not even mad im just concerned about thier customer service issues and also one employee scamming ways which is why I requested my files br transferred to another property but i still have not heard from neither one of them. Well lesson learned from me.

Great on outside but the pest will carry you away. The help is nice but understaff.what is time limit for repairs. I am waiting for hole in wall to be covered, and roaches infested. Roaches come to dinner, lunch, breakfast with you. ROACHES COME TO SLEEP WITH YOU.!!!!!!!!!
