Probably one of the worst places in San Antonio to live. The apartments are overpriced for what you get. Maintenance is not responsive in dealing with power outages, water damage, air filter replacements, etc. Once even calling me back to see if I could fix the issue myself. The main gate stays broken about 30% of the time. The security patrol made it very clear they're there to protect the apartment property and not the residents, so don't call them to report suspicious activity, their job is to bust people for feeding stray cats. We went about 3 hours with all of the fire alarms going off due to a busted water pipe. Since NOBODY showed up to work at the main office, we had to wait for the fire department to get here. Do not move here. Do not give these people your money.

There should be a zero star option. This is by far the worst apartments I’ve lived in. ZERO Response when it comes to important things. I’ve had a water spot growing across my ceiling for 3 years. I’ve put in multiple tickets and they say theyll bring out roof guys and I’ve never seen anyone come. No answer when emergencies happen. Like today, fire alarm is going off in my building. Everyone has called the office multiple times with no response. We have had to tape the fire alarms so babies can sleep and people who have mental health problems don’t get triggered. They are unprofessional and the staff is rude. The only nice person was who helped me and my fiancé sign our Lease. Manny is super nice but the rest absolutely suck.
We've lived here for a little over 2 years and plan to stick around for a while. I think our rent is priced pretty well. The handful of times we've requested maintenance it was for simple fixes that were taken care of quickly. Office staff has always been polite and responded quickly to any questions we've had. Security currently patrols at night.
I just recently moved in to Polo Club apartments and I have no complaints. The outside of the buildings are very aesthetically pleasing and provide a great living environment. Staff is very friendly and answers all of my questions and concerns. No complaints, would recommend living here.
The managers and agents here are really great and very helpful! I was given a tour by Lisa and she was very friendly and professional and patient with all the questions I had to ask. If you are looking for an apartment this is the perfect place to go to! Also ask for Lisa she is the best!!!
