Highly recommend this place. Lived for 3 years and moving due to job relocation. Will surely miss our time spent here. The first floor apartments are very nice with a beautiful green view and a big patio. Apartments are very nicely maintained.

Lived here for 4 years a manager . Management and maintenance are very helpful and responsive. Any issue I've had was addressed the same day, even non-emergencies. They have also been doing lots of landscaping/improvements throughout the complex. For me as a Jordanian with no family her and too far from my family polo club where my family 4 the last four years special thanks for Leza the great manager at polo club apt
Called the office to voice a concern and was promptly given the run around by Margaret. Each time I attempted to communicate one sentence, Margaret talked over me. Not once, not twice, but multiple times until I had to shout through the phone for her to stop talking over me. Margaret and her subpar customer service is apparently the standard the residents here can NOT look forward too. Margaret was so busy during a time when the office is locked shut due to COVID-19, tours are at a minimum, etc that she didn’t even have the time, nor any care whatsoever, to hear my concern and work to remedy it. I fully got the impression I was interrupting her show that she was watching.
I usually don't write reviews but Polo Club deserves one! Their staff is amazing! Office and groundskeeping staff were truly amazing and the kindest! Thank you guys so much!
Really miss the stay at polo club apartments. We stayed for 2 years but because of relocating to new job at different location; had no choice to move out from polo club. Lisa was very helpful and so kind all the time in resolving and responding very fast. The leasing staff was great and they respond very quickly to any issue and are very friendly. For sure ; in future if I relocate back my first preference will be polo club apartments.
