I made an appointment with this company and paid a deposit. They confirmed they would be arriving on a particular date and time and not only did they not appear, they have not returned phone calls, emails, or called to cancel or reschedule. Terrible company. DONT USE

for today, it was a reasonable value because it was a discounted groupon. going forward, probably not (20 per hour cash per person!). no masks! nothing above their head! i bought a 6 man hour groupon, which apparently is only good for 5.5 hours! i won't likely use them again.
Do not use this service!!! I am completely baffled by the experience I received. The booked an appointment online (not a Groupon). I paid in full prior to the appointment. I received a text message the morning of stating they are unable to uphold the appointment. I explained that I have company coming and they need to honor the appointment. They were able to reschedule someone else to fit me in, but I had to pay 10 upon arrival for gas. Seriously?!?!?! Fine whatever, I needed the cleaning as I had guests arriving that evening. I have a 1400 square foot townhome (not big at all). I paid for 7 hours of service, 2 workers equals 3 and half hours. They came on time, I explained in detail what I was expecting. I have a clean home, but I needed a deep clean, which is what I paid for!!! I needed the base boards cleaned and washed, cob webs out of the corners, walls washed, bathrooms, beds, etc. I needed a top to bottom clean. Which is why I paid for the extra time when I made the appointment. I knew they would need time to complete everything on my list. They only stayed for roughly 2 and half hours!!!!! Then when I walked through the house it wasn't clean. I had to wash the walls, get the cob webs, clean the base boards, even mop again. I then went to call the owner to get a refund on my hour that was not used. He picked up the phone, said Polo Cleaning, heard me say my name then hung up! I repeatedly called back, probably 15x, sent emails, text messages, nothing!! NO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!!! I have never been treated with such disregard. I am a first time client, why aren't you trying to keep my business. RUN AWAY!!!
I have hired Polo Club Cleaning Services two times now and they do incredible work. My \must-do\ list is always completed with the most careful attention to detail, they work fast, and they are respectful of my house and my space. My wife and I are on the fence about doing a monthly scheduled service now that we welcomed a second baby, but regardless we will continue to use Polo Cleaning. Thanks Polo for making our house a cozy, clean home for our new girl!
The Groupon/Living Social is a SCAM! They will not be there for the time it states on their website and the owner/manager will ONLY text requesting more money and they are not cleaning the sheets! If you have used them and your beds were made, your sheets were not washed! This is a horrible business!!!!
