My first time ever contacting an agent from State Farm was by all means the most pleasant experience I’ve had, Frank Bravo not only did he hear me but he listened to what my needs were and why I was shopping around for better rates. He even suggested offers that I never had with their competitors and still was able to give me a better rate by at least 40% from what I was spending. I’ve used this office in the past for life insurance for my husband so I’m aware that they are great. But my usual agent no longer works there so I’ll be honest in saying I was a bit hesitant to start over with a new agent. Until I was thankfully matched up with Emily. She was prompt in my needs and wants for life insurance. She offered amazing advice and point of views that would have never crossed my mind for the future. There was a point in the process where something did concern/confuse me and in no time at all she had put my mind at ease. She even went above and beyond by breaking things down for me and for some added reassurance she triple checked everything on all sides of my purchase for life insurance. It was an extremely professional experience with the perfect amount of compassion that let me know things will get taken care of correctly and that my family was genuinely the main priority the entire time for her.
