We had a stop over lunch at this roadside restaurant upon the suggestion of my sister. We ordered caldereta, papaitan, and adobo all dishes with goat meat. We also ordered native chicken tinola. There were a lot of diners, mostly in SUV's or AUV's, and in groups. I had high expectations as to the taste and quality of the food but I was a bit disappointed. The food (goat meat)just did not meet my expectations. The native chicken tinola, however, was a revelation. The native chicken meat was tender and the soup was just awesome. It could have been much better if it was served really hot. Prices are quite reasonable.
