WOW!!! I have been attempting to have a phone conversation with someone (anyone) at Polycom in Reading for the last month as I have to have a conference call with a court in Michigan US on 9th November and the court only uses Polycom as their means of live conferencing. The software will only work on my phone and canot be loaded onto my Macbook or iMac to use. This conference is extremely important and I am so badly disappointed that such a large company would be so poor at real communication. I would really appreciate a call or contact from the company - Thanks
