Steve came out and replaced my lift after my old one collapsed. Not only was he fast and efficient, but the quality of the lift is amazing. Great company and great product. Needed service and tutorial on my Neptune 20K lb elevator lift. Scheduled visit within days, two techs were great: they even dove to scrape barnacles off the lift arms. Patient and showed me how to operate. So pleased I hired them to come back for dock repair.
