They are great people.. Based on my experience....It might difficult to talk on the phone....try to make the appointment with the office team Stephanie. But the guy teams are nice and professional. Gorge and Luis are great... they know what they do. Note : It's hurricane season you might need to wait longer - mine was 5 weeks waiting.

I cannot give enough accolades to Red Oaks - From start to finish this was the easiest and best addition to our home since moving here from California last December. We chose Bahama shutters and placed the order on April 23rd. The shutters were installed today (May 18th!) and we could not be happier. The product is sturdy, functional, aesthetically pleasing and the finish is rich and flawless in application. Quite a change from the interior plantation shutters and closet doors we had to wait 12 weeks for from China! Love that Red Oaks shutters are made locally! Stephanie and Luis are stellar employees - Courteous, knowledgeable and professional on every level. If I could give Red Oaks Shutter 10 stars, I would gladly do so - Yes, they are THAT exceptional!!
