Great apartment with use of gym and roof terrace, clean spacious and very central. Free parking just around the corner. Secured parking available. They let us stay for late check out. Thanks and see you in Belgrade!

As you see in booking by the answer in my comment, the owners don't accept critics, they don't understand that everyone as the right to say what they think is true. So once again I say watch out that the public park is the street, or a park near buy, and when you ask if it is safe, they say there is a safe park for 10. The "Apartment" lacks for tools to cook. The AC is 10, ridiculous. But if you are a family of 4 the price is good. Just read the comments for the true. The guy that took care os our reception was amazing, always ready to help.
Just got back from a 11 day vacation at this apartment with my family. It was rated a 9 on Trip Advisor but I would give it a 7 at most. No elevator, parking was about 200 meters away. My sister in law's room was beside a coffee shop so it was noisy. My room was on the third floor and at midnight - 2 in the morning I could hear fireworks and motorcycles revving and people talking loudly. Location was good but the area is very busy and definitely not quiet. My room was o.k. my other family members found blood stains on the linen so I'm not sure about the cleanliness. No internet the time we were there. They gave us each 2 towels, a hand towel and a bath towel for the 11days. There is a laundry room with a washer but no dryer so you have to hang the clothes on a small drying line and you can't do laundry from 11pm-3pm. The view from the terrace was nice but there was always a guy up there (I think he is like a supervisor) and we felt like we were intruding. We were given a set of keys for each room, one for the front door of the apartment building, one for the hall door and one for our room. This made it hard for us, if we had to split up for the day and the lady kept locking the hall door, so if we didn't have the key we would be locked out of our apartment. They charged us extra money for parking even the last day we were there, even though the parking guy never said anything so I think they just kept the money and they charged us extra for having to wake up early (5 a.m.) to do an inspection of the apartments before we left. All in all, I would not stay here again.

The apartment was well located and nice. Use of roof and gym was nice. However , there was no indication of how room facilities work whatsoever which left us text the staff all the time and it it's at night, we'd have to wait until the next morning. We paid for city tax heating cost of 18euro each day and hot water was not working properly. The owner said if the gym downstairs is using hot water, we couldn't use it since the boiler is shared with the gym. Second night when we got back from our trip to Amalfi coast, we had no hot water at all but it was past 10pm so we just had to wait until the morning. Kept the water on for 1.5 hour and both shower room and bathroom had no water for the full 1.5 hr until I texted them at 8am then it magically came back. The boiler was off the entire night and day until I texted them.
We went for the history and we got home! A wonderful place for rest and spending time. Remarkable value for money. Pleasant staff and special thanks to Eugene for all the help in rest organizing. Be sure we will come back again. And more than once!
Nice apartments. Rooms are cozy and clean. Location is also good. View from the balcony is awesome. At your service gym for free. Internet speed is pretty fast. All attractions are close. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
