Exceptional and timely alteration service. I recently moved to the Palm Springs area and I was in search of a trustworthy tailor. Through word of mouth from coworkers who live and work in Palm Springs I was introduced to Pompi's Tailor Shop. I was very pleased at the work he performed on my ripped sweat suit and dress pants which I requested to fit my waist better. Thank you again Pompi :)
Very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time. Had the sleeves on my boyfriend's golf polo shortened. The finished product was highly professional; took off two inches and maintained the banded cuff with no noticeable difference. Don't hesitate to have alterations completed here!
Amazingingly fast work! Came by to have some vintage pants let out, and the work is seamless! Very fast, had it ready in less than two hours, and a really good price. Very sweet gentleman who owns the place.
Good location, fast service, delivered as promised. Work is certainly sufficient, but not as much attention to detail as my tailor at home. However, for quick necessities while traveling, I recommend and will go back!
I phoned him to ask if he did same-day alterations and if he had time that day to work on my dress, he said yes. I asked what the price range would be, he couldn't give me an answer, then said he was too busy and hung up on me. I was really unimpresssed with his customer service.
My family has been using him for 20 years - the only one in the desert who knows how to do alterations without making one leg longer then the other! Does a wonderful job and is punctual.
