If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Shoddy work. This appraiser's work is extremely inaccurate. She recorded that we have four bedrooms in our house. We have five. She incorrectly measured the square footage. She recorded that our laundry room was on an exterior wall when in fact it is in the middle of the home. She failed to record our two offices in her drawing. She used outdated comps. I would not recommend this appraiser to anyone.
