After transferring my and wife's Rx's to Floyds 6 months ago, I have been advised they will No Longer participate as a Preferred Pharmacy location thereby increasing SENIOR CITIZEN costs substantially. What a shame because we truly enjoyed the entire crew. This corporate decision leaves me only one choice.... Transfer all Rx's to another Preferred Location ASAP, which I did and will NOT return. Went from a 5 Star Pharmacy to 1 Stars. Makes me think you actually waited 6 months to get your customer base up an running prior dropping your preferred status. Sad.
