Bryan Wilder appraised my home and did a excellent & professional job. He measured the entire home correctly walked through every square inch of my home. The photos he took were professional grade. The compatibles sales he used were a great match to my home. We hope to be able to use him again in the future refi or home purchases .

Bryan was highly recommended to me by two people whom I hold in high esteem and, I was not disappointed! Bryan made a point to let me know that he was tied up with an appraisal that was somewhat urgent and he would call me when he finished up that evening. I was pleasantly when he kept his word. He scheduled me for a Saturday when he learned I am a contact employee so I would not lose any pay. He was prompt, explained every facet of what to expect and delivered accordingly. He went out of his way to help me and his turnaround time for the actual written report was less than 48 hours. He does quality work, is the consummate professional and explains things in layman terms. I would (and will) highly recommend him when opportunity presents. Thanks Bryan!

I work for a lender and Bryan came through for us on an appraisal where 2 appraisers had flaked out on us. This was no easy appraisal, either. It was for a home in remote area with acreage. He got it back to us in 2 days. I can't thank him enough. I'm looking forward to working with him, again.

Definitely recommend!Most of it was done over the phone and though emails due to the Covid pandemic , but when he came to the house for measurements he was very professional and friendly.
