Best advice I can give is to avoid these liars and thieves. Ordered via just eat at 6:30pm, food was meant to come by 7:30. By 8:30pm our food still hadn’t arrived. Restaurant would not answer their phone and when they did after the 4th attempt and us just leaving it to ring for 5 mins they told us “it’s coming it’s coming”. At this point I just wanted a refund. This was supposed to be my children’s dinner, it was now past their bed time and they were starving. Needless to say the food didn’t arrive. After being on hold with just eat they told me these liars had informed them that our order was delivered so was unlikely we’d get a refund. All I can say is that this restaurant are both thieves and liars, taking our money for nothing and pretending they’d fulfilled the order. Will be reporting to trading standards too. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
