Original concept by builder was good. Though by the time it was complete many issues with the quality of construction. Apartment purchaser have put case against Builder in RERA. Resident fight over minor issues while major issues get sidelined sometime which is then looked by few key people. Parking is fine but space out to put car inside parking and out is tedious job. Building leaking in 2 years of construction. Garden finishing is taking forever. Water issue is the biggest here, need to call tanker now and then. Many more issues to resolve. Overall experience is below average in this property.
