Nice bank. When it was Dena Bank.it was excellent. But now after merger it became branch of Bank of Baroda and service became worst. Feel like they dnt got proper training of 'how to use latest Infosys finacle software ". They struggled lot to open my account.Nearly one & half month. One or two Employees are really rude to customers.they just know to shout. Still manager,Ravi,arya,asif are very polite and helpful.
