I went to Dr. Lorraine's Physiotherapy Clinic with Knee pain after medial meniscus distortion. I attended 2.5 months of physiotherapy by Dr. Lorraine and her Team. I really loved the treatment I got there. I mainly treated by Dr. Lorraine and Dr. Christal . Both of them are very much caring and serious about patient. I appreciate the way they introduce functionality of exercises in details. I did all exercises during my pregnancy 2nd trimester, They taken special care for that. I felt so relaxed after the session. My knee pain is almost vanished I can took stairs easily now. Last but not the least I got one nicely explained and sketched exercise list to practice at home. Thank you very much for everything! I would really recommend physio edge for any kind of joint pain or after injury rehab.

I underwent a surgery for my fractured shoulder joint.Post surgery i was referred to Physioedge physiotherapy clinic..My shoulder joint movements were very painful and completely restricted.After I began physiotherapy, range of movements gradually started increasing and became less painful..I must say I wasn't very cooperative at times, due to the pain..however I must congratulate the team of Physiodege, especially Dr Lorraine for her ever smiling and immense patience in treating me...I am pleased to say I am extremely happy with the treatment as my movements have become completely normal as it was before surgery...thanx once again...

I met with an accident which turned into a fracture of right knee leg. After the operation and one month bed rest I had to take support of Walker and had week muscles. I am Mr Rajendra Prabhu, A teacher by profession. I was diagnosed of supraspinatus partial tear and was referred to Lorraines Physioedge for physiotherapy..My initial complains were inablity to do all my shoulder movts and whatever movts I could do was with a lot of Pain. It's also called Frozen shoulder..My experience at Physioedge was amazing. The Physiotherapist treating me under the guidance of Lorraine Saldanha did a very good job. All my shoulder ranges became full and I had no pain.they also worked on my shoulder strength using therabands of various resistance.All my exercises were supervised. I improved every day and today I am completely fine. I recommend this clinic in Ponda to anyone who has shoulder issues like decreased range of shoulder or shoulder pain or frozen shoulder. To Physio edge I would like to take a moment to thank you for the best treatment and moral support given to me by your entire team. As I met with an accident on 15 of August 2019 Since I am a serving in Goa police for last 9 years my physic is the key for my duty I was suffering from left lower limb multiple fractures and thus unable to walk Had to take support of walker and had very very weak muscles as I was on bedrest for a long time. After attending 2 months of physiotherapy now I am capable of walking without any walker and with a motivated mind I am able to join my duty just like before. My wife had very serious knee problem last 2 years,she could not walk and climb steps, during all these time she was treated by many doctors but it was all temporary and waste of money, finally we took physiotherapy treatment at Dr.Lorraine clinic and it worked fantastically well within 21 days of course the pain has drastically reduced without medications now she could walk and climb steps very easily without pain. All the staff members are well trained and take proper care of the patients and very cooperative. We thank Dr.Lorraine saldana for her expert treatment and well equipped clinic.
