The courier service doesn't provide service to your home. Instead they call you and tell you to pick the parcel from their office. If you ask them to deliver it to the address mentioned on the parcel, they just tell you to pick it or else they will send the parcel back. If the courier service doesn't deliver at home then why do they not tell this to the sender. Such Courier services hide this in the beginning and then make the receiver suffer at the time of the delivery. Please skip such unprofessional courier services.
