"Do police complain and then talk to me"!! These are the words from one of the SIR in Ponda lab. I was expecting report on Friday for which i am following up since last 2 days. All they are saying is its in Mumbai and we have no idea when you will get it and they just disconnect the call, saying why are you getting hyper. Really!! like they don't know? Wondering how such pathetic service survives.

System of lab is very nice. All highly qualified instruments are used to test the sample. Service provided by lab also good. Report are available in time. Neat and clean working place .

Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. It is worst laboratory and worst staff ever. Hope noone falls in their trap. They delay your urgent reports by weeks, talk arrogantly and give fake reports.
