The security at indoco pharmaceutical plants at verna industrial estate are pathetic and has no knowledge regarding the SOP to follow specially during this pandemic, the entry n exit points or the gates are handled very poorly by poor standards of hygiene, the masks are kept on the lips n no hand sanitizers are used at the gate, there are greater risks of spreading the virus by this personal as they frisk one after another without using hand gloves nor they use hand sanitizers .i would request the owner of this CISS 1)Identify the threats from the current pandemic situation to your organisation. 2)Put proportionate measures, policies and procedures in place to mitigate the new risks. 3)Provide guidance and training to the workforce to adapt to the new security arrangements. 4)Communicate changes across the workforce clearly and effectively. Please introduce high level guidance on good personnel security during a pandemic to reflect that we are now almost a year into the pandemic. Where usual security practices are either suspended or changed to reflect different working patterns and where security staff resource is limited, it is important to take a strategic view of security risks and priorities.
