I would give 0 star option if it 2as there. Gives good discount but delivery is very late. Doesn't give proper update of when the tiles will be delivered. Their works at the store house where they take orders are very rude. I haven't recieved part of my tiles consignment which was supposed to be delivered last week. The owner also doesn't care for the customer as he takes the payment in advance. I had ordered wall as well as floor tiles for 3 bathrooms. They delivered only 2 out of which one bathroom wall tiles had most of the edges corners cracked!!! I would suggest no one to go to this particular dealer as I've also heard complains from other people who bought tiles from him. I am just hoping he delivers my consignment soon! It is my advice not to buy tiles or any other articles from this particular dealer. After 6 days they haven't delivered my tiles yet and the owner is stalling us by saying it'll be delivered by tomorrow which he says everytime I manage to speak with him on phone after 10 odd attempts. I had to come to the showroom from Vasco specially for this reason!!
