Personal experience of working from home for 6 months..... customer care is not professional..they will not answer your calls or either the support no. Is busy... big no to 24*7 support..They take a long time fix your problem like 3 to 5 days...even if the emails are responded the problems are not fixed.. Speed is also not as promised. Better stay away

Easily the worst service provider you can come across. The team doesn’t care at all. Have been waiting over a week to get wifi installed, after paying all charges. Stay away from them if you can.
I got their connection to be able to WFH during COVID-19. The connection is highly unreliable. There are issues every few days and the support team is both not responsive and perhaps not equipped to solve issues.
I haven't seen any network worst than Gwave. Everyday I face speed and connectivity issue and on complaining executive replies saying it's not our issue wooooww..the best part about the helpdesk is, if I raise a complaint today then they will attend it the next day. My sincere advice never go for Gwave. If I had an option for 0 star then I would have definitely gone for it.

They are asking for an advance payment for the entire year plus 1000 deposit to avail their connection. Which means for a plan of 1411 per month, they are asking me to pay 17,932/- upfront. Is this a joke??
