Firstly we were worried about renting out a car and the calls seemed quite shady when we were asked to do an advance payment with no confirmation or pictures of the car. But soon, we got a confirmation one day prior and when we reached there, Damu Cars had send a vehicle to pick us up from the station and dropped us to our rented car. The car was washed properly and we were very happy. The process was smooth and by the end of 6th day, we even got our security deposit back without any hassle. Will surely book from Damu cars again ️
The system of providing car with un-measured fuel was quite frustrating. They should provide the fuel with full tank and return with full tank. Due to this faulty process the service and quality of car offered is of less importance. The behaviour of service staff while returning the car was not good. Will avoid next time hiring from them.
