I don't get a good customer service from pratik motors. I had order one head lamp side fiber pieces for my yamaha FZ from this showroom and given advance after one month also I don't get my product. Very bad service.

Worst service provided by pratik Motors. It took two months to make my brother in laws bike ready even after a regular followup. The manager itself dont know anything and gives a false commitments. Finally received bike by missing some parts after two months. Repairs not in proper condition. Even they replaced good parts without approval and charged too high bill of Rs 33,000/-. Will never recommend anyone for this ponda pratik Motors dealer.
