Very very bad service and disgusting staff at their verna facility. My courier from bangalore reached them in 7 days...that i.can understand. But from verna to dabolim its the 4th day today and they have still not sent. I called the person incharge only to be told that yes your parcel came on 20th but we cannot deliver. I asked when is likely delivery, he said he doesnt know in an irritated rude manner. I asked if i can send my staff to pick up the parcel..to which he says..i have no time to search for your parcel. ... Can you believe that someone can actually say this. Disgusting .

Worst courier service I have ever come across. I had ordered one parcel for my sisters birthday it was supposed to be delivered on 2nd sept 2020. On 1st sept it showed out for delivery but the delivery guy dint turn up neither received any call. On 2nd it showed out for delivery but no parcel no calls. I sent email to courier company to know why the parcel was not delivered. And On 5th sept the status showed as return initiated. I am really disappointed with this courier company. Atleast have decency to atleast update customers for non delivery of goods. If there was option then I would have have marked negative rating.

Actually this courier service doesn't fit for 1star also. Their delivery boys doesn't know how to behave with customers and also might have forgotten way of talking. First teach them how to talk with customers and then only send them with parcel. Also they are helding deliveries for many days with them. Without calling to customer they are telling (lying) that customer was unavailable when called. Or customer requested for future delivery.

Worst courier service in Ponda. Their courier boys don't have manners how to talk to customers. Sometimes they return parcel on their own, and gives fake reasons such as customer not available, customer not accepted parcel.

They are telling that the customer has refused the product but they did not even come to the address given and they said that the customer has refused.its not that the address is wrong, the address is also correct. Plz see that they DNT do like this it's really not good. And delivery service is a bit slow.

Worst ever! They don't even attempt as usual parcel goes back. Twice now!! Disappointed.. no response nor proper communication very harsh.

Going from 1 Star to 3 Star. They have improved a bit. The Delivery person have changed and they don't give lame excuses and return the product.

Worst courier service. My parcel is with them from last week. And all i get messages from them is out to delivery then on same day i get message address is incorrect and when i go to contact that delivery guy he says i tried calling you but the call couldn't connect then very next day again i get messages saying out to delivery so i directly called that delivery guy to ask about it he says your parcel is not with me someone else will deliver but yet i didn't receive meaning they simply gives updates and nothing else more. I am more afraid because its prepaid order and i am so frustrated too. Till now i have order many products from different sites but never disappointed but this courier service is poor in goa.
