These questions don't do the thinking for you, but they prompt you for what you need to think about when grappling with any complex issue, and the practical techniques help you to do that thinking. We share the practical techniques for complex problem solving and policy and strategy design through our seminars and workshops. And we help people and organisations to apply them to the complex challenges they are grappling with through our consulting and facilitation services. We think complex problem solving skills are essential, life-long skills for everyone, from the most junior analyst to the most senior decision-maker.
