This is a good shop and has all you need (cages, food etc) and the staff know allot about birds and are friendly. The only area where they are lacking is the fact that the birds they sell are usually not used to humans and are for aviaries. They have signs saying this and sometimes they have young birds that can be tamed. The modern way of doing things is to have birds that are handled from a young age so they are not petrified of people so even if they do live in an aviary they are at least not scared. Many pet shops sell birds that are not really used to humans and the owners do not know how to properly tame them and so you end up with birds that live unhappy lives in cages and the owners give up on them. I think if they improved on this issue then they would be the best.

Pet shop with selection of pet foods and accessories. Lovely staff but don't agree with so many aviary birds crammed into such a small shed with no room to fly around and probably had their wings clipped. Don't like how the reptile cage is so small either. They will prob say they're happy but surely not the best way to love animals.

Had exactly what I needed in stock which wasn't available in some of the larger garden centres I'd tried. Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Not the easist to find as hidden by the 'front of house' garden centre but Maps got me there! Would definitely return and recommend to others.
