To formulate conceptual frameworks and methodologies through seminars, conferences, publications, experiments, research and development in the area of Spiritual and Value-based Management. 2. To design and conduct management development and training programmes for students, practicing managers and corporate leaders based on the concept of Integral Management. 3. To develop active, cooperative links with academic, professional and business organizations with more or less similar aspirations or visions.
