Beautiful facilities but service both at the pumps and inside was slow - definitely needs to be looked at... Been going to the Engen garage and the wimpy for as long as I can remember when travelling to Mozambique but thought I would give you guys a try... Very quiet at the moment so have to wonder how you would possibly be able to cope during holiday periods with a rush of people coming through...

My first time using this garage and facilities are impressive, however service could be much better. The petrol attendant was unfriendly and cashier was a bit rude and I found that off putting because I travel quiet a lot and in my experience the staff at petrol garages is very friendly. I use this route a lot and I plan to make this my Pongola stop because I quiet like the facilities. I do hope next time the staff would be friendlier.
Super modern CLEAN facilities with friendly and helpful staff.
Really great place to stop as the staff that work there are really friendly and do everything with a smile. The manager, who came over to talk to us as we were on the way home from sodwana, is very attentive and also focused on the best service which was refreshing. Will stop here again anytime
