I would highly not recommend this driving school. There is lack of communication. The people are not at all bothered once you make the full payment. Till they recieve payment they are nice people. I am rating one star as there is no option to rate below. Rising Star driving school do not have good relationship with RTO officers. Jayprakash at rto office and the owner of rising Star Ponnappa you people are really least bothered.
