Lack of dedicated staff is ruining this otherwise amazing cafe, poor service at its extreme. This is the second time I am facing same situation. I was there with my wife and took a table for around 10 minutes and no body seemed interested in attending to us and in the end we left. From the reviews below it is evident there are many unsatisfied customers. I urge the management to consider earnestly and wishing good luck.

One of the best cafe in ponnani. Have a wide range of sandwiches, burger and milkshakes. They are very crowded at Nights.great place to hangout with friends and family.

Good food, good ambience it's unique in it's own way. I loved how they have put beautiful artworks at the entrance of this cafe. It has a good ambience. The bakery section seemed to be really fresh and delicious.
This place is not how it used to be a year back. The quality of the food and the service has deteriorated. They had electricity issues and no power back. The place was without electricity for more than twenty minutes, but the other shops in the complex were having power.

Great Cafe in the Ponnani. It is Located In Khaleej Mall. Great experience and wonderful ambience. And Interior are Great. Great Service and Good Staffs. Nice place to hang out with friends, family, Couples, it is the best place to spend time. And Good Food especially the Burgers.. Totally One of the Best Cafe in Ponnani..
