Received call from DTDC Courire Service Office near Alangar Theater Ponnani from staff Basil or Fazil who denied to disclose his name initially. I (consignee) had a really bad experience from this so called staff. In my opinion kindly try to appoint staffs who behave in decent and good manners or else customers like us will blame the service that DTDC provide. Due to the staff's misbehavior I (Consignee) told him to return the consignment to the consignor itself. I will never opt DTDC service ever again.
