Theatre does have AC but wasn't working when we went. If not for the fans it would have been worse. Went there for Sarkar(a Tamil movie) - FDFS. My experience was ok.

Theatre ambiance to be improved a lot for the ticket cost, sound is good.
The atmosphere inside the theatre will make you feel like you are a timetraveller from future. Even in 2019 , they are maintaining it like the theatre ambiance of 80's and 90's. You can smoke inside the theatre , you can spit inside the theatre and AC won't work. Morever , this theatre is not advisable for the families and decent peoples. Some positives about this theatre is its sound effect. This sound effects suits very well for the mass audience. The great opening of mass actor movies will create a special festival ambiance here. If you are a fan of Mass movies , this is the best place for the fdfs.
Much better than Sakthivel murugan. Could be improved. Honestly there is no good cinema theatre in Ponneri.
