I called and booked an appointment for 1:30, showed up at 1:15 . After 40 minutes watching people come and go and be seen after arriving after me . I got up and asked the lady's at the desk if I was forgotten about. They acted like it the doctor wasn't ready yet. Then as soon as I'm called back literally 2 minutes later the lady tells me it took so long because They didn't even let anyone know I arrived for my appointment , I sat for an hour . They SAW me sitting there for an hour , and did nothing until I asked. This one star was earned by the receptionists not the doctors.

The daily access is very convenient- if they can't see you right away, they will give you an appointment time to come back. Very friendly staff. Facility new and relaxed environment. Very fortunate to have a clinic like this in a small town.
I am overwhelmed and very blessed I have spoken with Dawn(receptionists) she is very kind, polite and very helpful indeed. I was struggling and hopeless to find a doctor here in Alberta but because of her kind hearted she find a way to have an appointment with me to a doctor. God will bless you Dawn. Thank you so much.
I call for and appointment but im not finish talking the girl that i talked hang up the phone im from Regina SK ijust moved here im so dissapointed...
frustrating! walk in procedure was just ridiculous. should be first come first serve basis. we were there one hour ahead so we can go first.we were there first but like 12:45 front desk called everyone who came for walk in giving out number. in the end the last person who arrived siting infront of us got the number 1.and we got number six. if i have known i should just get here late. and oh i have a little kid with me.
