Rude woman took a walk in in front of me. I was in the line up, she wouldn't acknowledge me. Someone walks in and she took their package ahead of me. The nice lady told her, she goes ahead of me she was in the line. Rude woman told me, her computer broke down and made me fill out my information before she would help me. Wow!! So rude.

After sending me in circles for a week trying to get a parcel delivered, there were no apologies, very little help offered and the only excuse was there is no system in place. On the other hand, customer service at Home office was much more helpful and did their very best to help me. Unfortunately, that meant very little in the end because it was the local branch who was letting me down. It cost me many trips in the wrong direction. As a business owner it pains me to see so little effort towards customer service. All I got was a lot of shoulder shrugging.
Terrible customer service, unhelpful. They told me it costs 50 for a mailbox after just moving. I have contacted other post offices, and they told me for the first set of keys it’s free. You can’t ask them to hold mail for you without being treated like dirt. And if it’s anything involving their actual job you will get attitude. I had some important letters coming in, and went to the post office letting them know, since I did move. They automatically told me they were just going to return them to sender on me and were unwilling to work with me in anyway. Would give a 0 star review if I could. Maybe if we rip away their union, they may actually do their jobs. Instead of being whiny brats who go on strike anybody tells them any sort of backlash.
