While the beginning of my interaction with this dealership seemed ideal, it ended up less than so. Started out with big promises to offer lower payments, and a lower interest rate, but did not meet their own word, and in fact despite the fact they said my credit was good, they barely tried to get the payments I wanted. Cancelled 3 times to bring cheque that THEY themselves promised me. Honestly, despite reviews, the whole situation has been disappointing. Update: I changed my 2 stars to 1 star. Spoke with my previous bank. They didn’t stop the payment on time to stop the bank from taking the last payment. While they did eventually send in the cheque, the bank took out those extra days off their returned payment.

Any dealer... any salesman is your best friend up til the time they've got their hands on your money. The test of a good dealer is how they respond minutes after you drive down the road and realize that somethings wrong. When they run for the hills and start saying that it's your fault for buying a used vehicle and not buying extended warranty, you get a sense for what kind you're dealing with. Well, you can't buy life insurance on someone who's already dead. This dealer fails! I got an education today.
