Kristy is an exceptional massage therapist. For almost 15 years I have been managing headaches with ibuprofen. I have seen several chiropractors with no perceptible results. Recently I decided to try massage therapy and the difference in my quality of life is absolutely astounding. I have not needed any painkillers since my second treatment. As a bonus I have better range of motion in my shoulders which I did not even realize was a problem until I noticed how easy it is to put on coats now. Besides being therapeutic, the treatment is also quite pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend Kristy to anyone with any type of musculoskeletal problem or simply interested in relaxation massage.
