Awful and dishonest! LEAVE IMIDIATELY! They promised me a car 9am and never showed up at their office. Called them and they told me they were waiting for client at the airport and they would told me to come back at 11am, I wait and at noon they told me there is no car for me. Wasted half a day of my vacation on these terrible people, that smile and tell you they will give you a discount and take care of it and then fail and tell you excuses and the run it into your problem. Did business with Christina at Autatlanitis Rua dos Manaias 53 – 57 which is very close by. She took excellent care of us and gave us an upgrade!
