Very friendly staff. We only went here for a taste of wine, cheese... very happy with what we had. Would have been 5 stars if we had sides to the cheese board like grapes, figs.. as you would with most places at this price.

Service, food and wine were all great. Very impressed with the selection of wines brought out based on my budget, taste and mood guidelines. Food complemented the wine perfectly and was very tasty. Would recommend and definitely return.
Awesome place. Cozy, quaint, excellent food and a wine selection to die for. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Be sure to book in advance, as numbers are very limited!
Great for wine, excellent advice for your choice of wine or tasting different ones. Wide selection of side dishes but the food isn't the main focus.

Oh my god now that was a meal. Got a wine flight, with recommendations from the host, and some sausage, meats, cheeses, and the delicious roasted chestnuts. Everything was simply phenomenal: the absolute best chorizo and blood sausage i have ever had, amazingly succulent and melty black cured ham, and extremely unique (sharp, funky, soft, hard) cheeses. The missing and matching of pairing with wines from the flight with the assortment of charcuterie was there most fun and wonderous meal experience i can imagine. This place is a must go, even in a second, third, and repeated visit to São Miguel.
Excellent local food, very great choice of wines. The owner is very nice and very sociable. We really enjoyed our dinner.
Cosy and high class place. Nice decoratiin. Friendly staff. Fresh traditional bread, cheese platter and wine was great.
