My visit was a pleasure. I was looking for advice on how to create a low maintenance garden but nothing dull. I still wanted the wow factor. The advice and help from Paul was really great. I wasn't expecting someone to take the time to make sure that they knew all of my needs and Paul even suggested some ideas I would never have thought of. Been in this shop twice. Always seen staff floating around but not a single one has ever approached me to help. Hardly any prices on the plants so that would have been useful. Really tired and run down looking place. Unless they up their customer service and price their products there isn't much hope for that place. Really disappointed as I went there twice to make large purchases and my business went to the big chain b&q instead.

Ordered online as the price of a buxus plant already housed in a decorative planter seemed to be a good deal. The so called 'decorative planter' turned out to be some black foam type material wrapped around the root. After three emails and a week, I got a reply to my email saying that it was a very 'contemporary look' and a superb product. It isn't. It will almost certainly now blow away down the street in the slightest breeze. I now need to spend perhaps another 20-30 on a decent ceramic planter, meaning that for the total cost, I could have got it cheaper at a local garden centre or even B and Q. Lack lustre approach to customer service too. My last email saying I was still not satisfied has just been ignored. Time to speak to the credit card company now....

Ordered an item from these guys through Wowcher that never arrived. Wowcher advise to contact Bentley's directly. After emailing their customer service 3 times, finally received this response :) "We never had your money silly woman. You expect the world and don’t want to pay anything for it!!!" They've actually closed down but still selling goods on Wowcher. I've tried to let Wowcher know.

Do not reply to emails. Ordered 2 phoenix palm plants, one arrived brown and Wiltred. Was asked to send photo and heared nothing back.

Absolutely rubbish customer service! I ordered a plant which was broken on arrival, when I called Bentley's they said they wouldn't give me refund but send me a new one, on arrival of the new one a full week later it came un potted and wrong pot (not what I paid for), when I rang again the man on the phone was so rude he told me I would be very hard to keep happy and that he would think of a solution to my problem and email me. Two full days have now passed no email no refund and no contact from them. Will certainly not be buying from them ever again! DO NOT BUY OR GET ANYTHING DONE BY THEM.
