Not happy I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for an appointment but the doctor I saw Michelle Simon made up for it, such a lovely manner about her listened to what I had to say gave me good information

Had an appointment with the male doctor, Dr Sinha and could not recommend him enough, the GP's that work with Dr Singh are exceptional, caring and make the time to listen and pay attention to you. They don't claim to know everything and if they're unsure, they won't resort to bucket diagnoses and will arrange for a battery of tests all in rapid timescales and referrals to specialist's.

Always get an appointment within a reasonable time and day, modern and clean building.

I booked over the phone with Diggle and Philips receptionist. I asked to make an appointment to see a “Doctor” and the receptionist asked what it was about. I explained my condition and then was given a date and an appointment time. My reason for 1 star is that the receptionist took it upon themselves to make me and appointment with the “nurse”. At no point did I ask to see a “nurse”. I specifically asked for a “doctor”. Needless to say the “nurse” couldn’t diagnose or solve my condition so I am again booked in to see a “doctor” in a weeks time. Very annoying and time consuming - and could possibly have been solved if I had seen a “doctor” as I requested in the first place.

Late opening is a joke they only have a nurse on that can't give prescriptions, this was supposed to help people that work, all I got told was ring 101 and go to ponty hospital how is that care in the community and who covers cost to have to travel out to ponty , have contacted my MP to see about this
