It is what it is, a sport complex, public swimming pool, range of exercises classes avalable to public, such as yoga, zumba, exercise dancing. Football and rugby training avalable, gym and fitness training. Full range of fitness

The staff go out of their way to help and advise on the gym and any of the classes that are available.. if you require any information don't hesitate to ask.. the pool is warm and clean.. the facilities are available for disabled.. parking for the gym is good but hit n miss for pool.. worth getting membership which allows you to use all the other council run facilities in the local area..

Great little pool! The swimming lessons are excellent and the instructor is fab with the children. Changing rooms are kept clean & warm. All the staff are v friendly & professional.
