Bought my Insignia from here last week and would just like to say how impressed I was. From Jonny doing the paper work and Chris handing over the car on Saturday. The car was passed over to a very high standard inside and out. Big thanks to both and to Harratts.

A very good range of quality cars to choose from and reasonable prices. The dealership is spotlessly clean and has a seating and drinks area which is very comfortable. I think it had a TV too. Also free wifi whilst waiting was an added customer service bonus. I found all the staff to be very attentive, couteous, helpful and go beyond the usual level of customer service. A special mention to Dave Bell and Chris who looked after us throughout. They also sorted the car tax out online for us. In addition, a problem with the car we bought was solved immediately (with the added bonus of a courtesy car) after they again, went above and beyond. When their mechanics couldn't pinpoint the electrical fault (through no fault of their own) they brought in a Nissan engineer who found the issue and solved it. Their customer service is exceptional as is their attention to detail and they look after you very well. Follow up calls to see if everything is okay with the car was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this family run business to people. Five stars is well deserved and I would definitely buy from Harratts again.

We purchased our new car the week before Christmas, Chris the salesman was very informative about the car we was looking at which we reserved the Saturday and collected the following Friday. Chris wasn’t pushy and left us time to chat and test drive the car. Highly recommended.
